Check-out

By 10:00 AM

Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition upon departure:

• Dispose of rubbish in the containers located near the parking exit.
• Empty the dishwasher.
• Clean, dry, and return all dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils to the cupboards.
• The kitchen is intended for normal holiday use. Please keep it clean and treat it with care, leaving it in good condition.

Security Deposit

The €250 cash deposit will be refunded after inspection of the apartment.

Free Bus from Salzburg Airport (Mozart Airport)

1. Take Bus 260 towards Zell am See.
2. Get off at Schüttdorf Tischlerhäusl.
3. Walk to the apartment building using Google Maps: ALM Appartements Zell am See (approximately 5 minutes).

Free Bus from Salzburg Main Station to Zell am See Main Station

1. Continue with Bus 660 towards Kaprun/Kitzsteinhorn.
2. Travel time: approximately 3 minutes.
3. Get off at ÖBB-Postbus Garage.
4. The apartment building is directly opposite the bus stop.

This side street branches off from the B311 Brucker Bundesstraße and leads directly to the parking area behind the building.

Zell am See-Kaprun is approximately:

• 2.5 hours by car from Munich
• 1.5 hours by car from Salzburg

Arrival from Germany

No Austrian motorway vignette is required on this route.

Route: Munich-East (A8) → Salzburg/Innsbruck direction → Exit 112 Siegsdorf → Inzell → Lofer → Saalfelden → Zell am See.

Shortly before Zell am See, follow the signs towards Mittersill and drive through a long tunnel. After the tunnel, keep right and continue towards Mittersill.

At the next traffic light, turn right. You will pass the Areitbahn valley station on your left-hand side. After the bend, turn left towards Schüttdorf and continue for approximately 200 meters.

On the right-hand side, you will see Basmati Restaurant & Supermarket in the Sigl apartment building. Immediately afterwards, Karl-Flieher-Straße turns downhill to the right.

Turn right again immediately behind the building. You are now in the parking area of Haus Sigl.

Your parking space will be assigned by Suzanne or Ruud:

• ALM 1: maximum 2 parking spaces
• ALM 2: maximum 2 parking spaces
• ALM 3: maximum 1 parking space
